Didn't catch the tire coming apart Didn't check the tandems to make sure pins released correctly. Driver's need to scale their loads and axle out for dot regulations. Smh how are you renting trailer that are NOT DOT REGULATIONS this is bullish. And you wonder why you are losing business

I purchased a new dump trailer in October of 2025. Fast forward to early January 2026 I almost completely lost a wheel and tire. Long story short the axle manufacturer had not properly packed the bearing with grease. I had to have a complete replacement axle for the front and new bearings for the rear axle. Total Trailers immediately went to work to help me when I contacted them avout my issue. I was not pushed aside. Thanks again!

This is a good place. My only issue is that NO ONE greets you when you enter their establishment, ever. This is my second time here and no one will say hello, how many we help you. Now, service wise they do excellent work. Thank you & Safe Travels..

Chris P and his team at Total Trailers went above and beyond to help me with my 22ft car hauler. I brought it in for an electrical issue and to have a winch installed. The running lights kept shutting off after about 45 minutes, and I had been chasing the problem for months. They spent over four hours testing it, even hooking it up to Chris’s personal truck to recreate the issue. In the end, they discovered the problem was on my truck’s side and gave me several options to fix it. After following their advice, the trailer worked flawlessly on a 2+ hour trip. They also installed a winch inside a toolbox I provided, mounting everything neatly and even adding a solar panel on top to keep the battery charged when not in use. Another great suggestion from Chris. I’m beyond impressed with the service and will never go anywhere else for trailer repairs. Thanks again, Chris!

I can't recall writing more than 10 reviews of businesses and the people that make them run in my life. This will be the second I've written for 1 person. Years ago, we ordered our first ATC race trailer from Ryan Heston when he was at a different dealership. We had nothing but problems trying to order trailers from what seemed like every dealer in the country before stumbling upon Ryan. Wouldn't return calls, countless cases of incorrect information, build sheets that were never even close to what we asked for and took days to receive and rectify, only to miss half of it again anyway, every aspect of it made me dread the process. Enter Ryan, every thing we asked for, he did. He got every detail right the first time, he's not only responsive but far exceeds what anyone would dictate as acceptably responsive. We tried to order another trailer from him a few months ago but he left the dealership that he was with when we ordered the last couple trailers. Thinking he had moved on to something new, we tried to order a trailer with the same company thinking everything would be the same as the last orders we had placed but it was back to what I had grown to hate about ordering trailers.
